We find this makes them tenderer and quicker to cook.

Pan frying: Heat a little oil in a pan over a medium heat and fry for 2–3 minutes on each side until golden brown. Grilling: Rub the gammon steaks with oil and grill for 3–4 minutes on each side.

Keep refrigerated between 0-5°C. Suitable for freezing, freeze on day of reciept
