Each British hock makes a delicious meal for two or a feast for one. [more...]

We cook these lightly-cured hocks for twelve hours to bing out the flavour and tenderness.

Serve cold with salad or hot with mash and parsley sauce for a comforting meal.

You will receive two hocks.

The boiled hocks are already cooked so can be served either hot or cold. To eat them hot, we recommend pre-heating the oven to 200°C (fan 180°C) gas mark 6. Place the hocks in a roasting dish and cook uncovered for 40 mins; this will crisp up the skin nicely. If you prefer to steam the hocks, add a small amount of liquid-stock, water, cider to the roasting dish and cover, place in a pre-heated oven at 200°C (fan 180°C) gas mark 6.

keep refrigerated between 0-5°C. Consume within 5 days of opening. Suitable for freezing
