This was a special treat, warmed it through in a dry non-stick pan and served with salad and my late Mum's potato salad recipe, great taste and such tender meat.

We weren't sure what to expect with this but it was delicious. The pork is already cooked and just needed to be warmed through for about 7-8 minutes in a frying pan on a low heat. It made a very substantial dinner for two greedy people but could easily feed four.

This is the first time I have purchased this product from Dukeshill and I am very sure that it will prove to be a superb choice because Dukeshill do not sell inferior products. I am looking forward to tucking into it over the holiday. regards Peter McCarthy
