Absolutely marvelous! Cooked in oven to crisp the outside which turned out perfect. Served with fried cabbage and reminds me of my 'southern USA' heritage. So difficult to find a decent ham hock and am so happy with these ordered plenty to put in freezer. Have cooked from frozen and turns out just as perfect as if it had not been frozen at all. Highly recommended!
