Moist cured salmon marinated with dill, white wine vinegar, pepper, salt and sugar.

The finest quality Shetland Salmon is used to produce this traditional Scandinavian delicacy.

It is 100% Scottish Smoked Salmon, not from Norway or anywhere else outside of the UK. It is made from fresh stock not frozen and is smoked traditionally by hand by our small independent UK smokery using time honoured methods including smoking over untreated wood chips. Each salmon side is hand filleted and hand sliced to give you an exceptional product.

Perfect, especially when accompanied by Mustard and Dill Sauce!

Refrigerate below 5oC. Once open consume within 3 days.
