Our smoked salmon is 100% Scottish Smoked Salmon, not from Norway or anywhere else outside of the UK. It is made from fresh stock not frozen and is smoked traditionally by hand by our small independent UK smokery using time honoured methods including smoking over untreated wood chips. Each salmon side is hand filleted and hand sliced to give you an exceptional product.

Keep refrigerated between 0-5°C. Once open consume within 3 days. Suitable for freezing.
