There will never be a morsel left. Made with just the right mix of lean to fat pork meat and nothing too coarse or too fine, they cook beautifully. An elderly relative of mine assures me that these are even better than the sausages she remembers from before the War.

Cooking Guidelines: Remove all packaging.To Grill: Preheat grill to medium heat. Place product under grill, cook for 18-20 mins turning frequently. To Fry: heat a little oil in a frying pan. Fry over a medium heat, for 22-24 mins. turning frequently. Rest for 1 minute prior to serving, check that product is hot before serving. There should be no pink meat remaining.

Keep refrigerated between 0-5°C. Consume within 2 days of opening. Suitable for freezing. Packed in a protective atmosphere.
