Much larger than our Prime Pork Sausage which makes it exactly the right size for decent sausage sandwich, however crusty the bread.

Only British pork for this Big British Banger.

Cooking Guidelines: Remove all packaging.To Grill: Preheat grill to medium heat. Place product under grill, cook for 18-20 mins turning frequently. To Fry: heat a little oil in a frying pan. Fry over a medium heat, for 22-24 mins. turning frequently. Rest for 1 minute prior to serving, check that product is hot before serving. There should be no pink meat remaining.

Keep refrigerated between 0-5°C. Consume within 2 days of opening. Suitable for freezing. Packed in a protective atmosphere.
