Whether grilled, fried or even just simmered in water, its fabulously rich and robust flavour marries brilliantly with puy lentils, flageolet beans - or even good old mash!

Cooking Guidelines: Cooking- grill- domestic grills vary. The following is a guide only. Remove all packaging. Preheat grill to medium heat. Place product under grill, turning frequently. Medium - 18-20 mins. Fry- heat a little oil in a frying pan. Fry over a medium heat, turning frequently. Medium- 22-24 mins. Rest for 1 minute prior to serving, check that product is hot before serving. There should be no pink meat remaining.

Keep refrigerated between 0 -5°C. Consume within 48 hours of opening. Suitable for Home Freezing. Packed in a protective atmosphere.
