We’ve taken our finest Pork Sausage and added just the right amount of Black Pudding to create the perfect breakfast sausage.

Even if you don’t usually like Black Pudding, we think you’ll like these wonderful breakfast bangers. Like all our sausages these are made by hand to our own recipe with only natural casings.

Cooking Guidelines: Remove all packaging.To Grill: Preheat grill to medium heat. Place product under grill, cook for 18-20 mins turning frequently. To Fry: heat a little oil in a frying pan. Fry over a medium heat, for 22-24 mins. turning frequently. Rest for 1 minute prior to serving, check that product is hot before serving. There should be no pink meat remaining.

Keep refrigerated between 0-5°C. Consume within 2 days of opening. Suitable for freezing. Packed in a protective atmosphere.
