Cooking Guidelines : Brush each burger with a little oil and place over a high heat. Do not turn the burger until it has naturally released after around 4 minutes from the pan or grill, (too much handling of the meat can make it dry and split). Flip the burger and cook on the other side until when pressed with a spatula the juices are running light pink or clear in colour, this should be around 3 minutes.

Keep refrigerated between 0-5°C.Once opened consume within 24 hours. Suitable for freezing
