Bursting with flavour from the addition of herbs and black pepper, these traditional British Pork Cumbrian Curls are meaty, satisfying and delicious.

We love them with eggs and chips or mash and gravy. Traditional British grub at its very best! There are two curls in each 400g pack.

Cooking Guidelines: Remove all packaging.To Grill: Preheat grill to medium heat. Place product under grill, cook for 18-20 mins turning frequently. To Fry: heat a little oil in a frying pan. Fry over a medium heat, for 22-24 mins. turning frequently. Rest for 1 minute prior to serving, check that product is hot before serving. There should be no pink meat remaining.

Keep refrigerated between 0-5°C. Consume within 2 days of opening. Suitable for freezing. Packed in a protective atmosphere.

British Pork (80%), Water, Breadrusk [Wheat flour, Salt, Yeast, Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin]; Spices [White Pepper, Black Pepper, Nutmeg, Cayenne Pepper]; Salt; Stabiliser: Triphosphate; Preservative: Sodium Metabisulphite (Sulphite). Natural casing.
