Wholegrain Pancakes with Hoisin Duck Confit

Ingredients
  • x6 wholegrain pancakes
  • 2 confit duck legs, shredded
  • 100ml hoisin sauce
  • 2 spring onions, sliced
Directions
  • Step 1Toast or microwave the pancakes to warm through.
  • Step 2 Preheat oven to 200 fan. Cover the duck legs with foil and roast skin side up for 15-20 mins.
  • Step 3 Shred once cooked and mix into hoisin sauce and pile onto pancakes with a sprinkling of sliced spring onions to serve.
