For 1kg : To steam- remove from outer packaging, steam in a steamer or saucepan of water to two thirds of the depth of the basin and simmer for 2 hours. To microwave-Remove from outer packaging, loosen lid and place on bowl, Microwave ovens vary: refer to handbook. Check food is piping hot before serving. As a guide Microwave on full power for 4 minutes, stand for 3 minutes, microwave on low/defrost for 7 minutes and stand for 5 minutes. For 454g :To steam- remove from outer packaging, steam in a steamer or saucepan of water to two thirds of the depth of the basin and simmer for 1-1.5 hours. To microwave-Remove from outer packaging, loosen lid and place on bowl, As a guide Microwave on full power for 3 minutes, stand for 2 minutes, microwave on low/defrost for 5 minutes and stand for 3 minutes. This should be enough to warm the pudding through. Microwave ovens vary: refer to handbook. Check food is piping hot before serving.
