There are so many Sticky Toffee recipe variations and Sarah spent a year trying them all eventually coming up with her own take combining the best of all the other versions!

We all (our photographers included) think this is a real winner. Made by hand using premium quality ingredients it is a lovely, moist pudding, made with dates giving it a sweet stickiness throughout, then smothered with oodles of sticky toffee sauce.

It’s Britain’s number one selling pudding and we confidently predict this will become one of our best sellers too.

To oven cook: Take off the sleeve and lid, place in a pre-heated oven (190°C, gas mk 5) for 15 -20mins. To microwave:Pierce film in several places. Place on a microwaveable plate; (800W: 2 mins 30 secs, 900W: 2 mins 20 secs or put a portion (~75g) onto a microwavable dish and heat on high for 30 seconds (800W). Stand for 1 minute before serving. Do not reheat once cooled.
