Hand made for us using free range turkey breast escalope, which is beaten flat, then stuffed with a pork sausagemeat stuffing before being rolled and wrapped with our dry cured bacon.

Remove from the fridge 20mins before cooking. Preheat oven to 190°C (170°C fan oven), gas 5. Remove all the packaging and place in a roasting tin, in the middle of the oven for 40mins, until the juices at the thickest part runs clear (the centre temperature is 72°C. Allow to rest at room temperature for 5 mins before serving.

Keep refrigerated below 4°C, once opened consume within 2 days
