Our chicken is packed full of flavour. Legs are offered skin on.

Oven cook from chilled. Preheat the oven to 190°C (170°C fan/Gas mark 5). Remove all packaging. Season with a sprinkle of sea salt and pepper and place in a roasting tin in the centre of the oven for 35 -45 minutes. Remove from oven when the skin is golden brown and juices run clear, alternately use a thermometer in the thickest part of the joint where the temperature needs to reach a minimum of 75°C. Rest for 5 minutes.

Keep refrigerated between 0-5°C. Once opened consume within 2 days. Suitable for freezing use within a month. Defrost fully before use: do not refreeze.
