If a feast of pig with crackling is your preferred option over Christmas, then our rolled pork shoulder from British free range Large White Cross Pigs, hand trimmed and neatly rolled by our skilled butchers should hit the spot!

Cooking Guide for a slow roast:Remove Pork from wrapping, ideally the day before, and keep in fridge. Remove from fridge 20 minutes before cooking. Preheat oven to 230°C/210°C fan/Gas 10. Rub the rind generously with sea salt, and roast on high heat for 30 minutes. Reduce oven to 150°C/130°C fan/Gas 2 and cook for a further 3 hours . Once cooked cover loosely and allow to rest in a warm place for 30 mins. To ensure that the product is cooked, check that juices run clear.

Keep refrigerated below 5°C, once opened eat within 24 hours
