Our Corned Beef Hash is made using Swaledale beef which is brined then slowly braised until it falls apart. It’s creamy in texture and comes ready to cook by emptying into a non stick pan and dry frying over a medium heat until browned and crispy.

Delicious topped with an egg and a big dollop of brown sauce on the side.

Heating Guide :Heating Guide : If frozen defrost thoroughly before heating. Empty into a non stick pan, flatten with a spatula and dry fry over a medium heat for 5 mins on each side until browned and crispy. or Pierce film lid microwave for 1Min 40s (800W microwave)per pie or until core temperature reaches 75°C.
