  • Started selling to top London Food Halls

1997

  • Current owner took over business

1998

  • Started to supply HM The Queen with Ham

1999 Dukeshill Website launched

  • Introduced Dry Cured Bacon
  • Added limited range of other foods:
    • Stilton, Smoked Salmon, Fruit Cake etc.
    • 10 lines in total

2002

  • Started making Christmas Puddings
  • Added more products to range
    • Chutneys, more Cheeses, Hampers
    • 20 lines

2003

  • Received Royal Warrant
  • Range continues to grow
  • 30 lines

2005

  • Outgrew cowshed, moved to new purpose-built building
  • Multiple Great Taste Award Gold medals
  • 50 lines

2006 Started making Sausages

  • 100 lines

2007

  • Received SALSA accreditation
  • More puddings introduced.
  • Started producing more charcuterie.
  • 150 lines

2009

  • Winner of National “Bacon Connoisseurs’ Award”
  • Achieved Organic Accrediation

  • Started producing Salami

  • Opened new warehouse to handle customer orders
