Hello, I'm Neale Hollingsworth - you can see me above with our Customer Services Supervisor Carol Nicholls - and Dukeshill Ham Company is my passion and livelihood. Please let me explain a little more about what our guarantee means and why it is so much more than just words to all of us at Dukeshill.

In short, the only thing that matters to me is that you, our customer, gets the great eating experience that you have paid for. To that end, we do everything we can to produce the finest British hams without compromise. We are a family company based in Shropshire - and we love what we do. We produce our hams and other fine foods by hand, the old-fashioned way. We care about flavour and texture rather than speed and yield so we always give our hams time to cure properly. We use authentic, traditional recipes so you can be sure our products are full of flavour.
We firmly believe that only happy pigs make good ham. All our British pigs are reared with the highest regard for animal welfare. We never add artificial flavourings and colourings to anything we produce.
I hope that gives you some idea of how seriously we take our commitment to providing you with great food and - perhaps even more importantly putting things right when we slip up.
