I love Craster kippers, and Robsons have been smoking herring and other fish for generations. Their process results in a stronger smoky flavour, and as a regular visitor to Nothumberland, I have come to relish Craster kippers much more than the Manx or Loch Fyne versions. Only Swallows of Seahouses come near.
