Crisp hot-water pastry, delicate jelly and tender, flavoursome meat. Truly the king of pork pies. Produced especially for Dukeshill by father
and son team, Ian and Luke Hartland, prominent members of the Melton Mowbray Pork Pie Association, the meat is coarsely chopped and seasoned with a unique blend of salt and pepper. Natural bone stock jelly is added to the pies after baking for succulence and flavour. 3lbs of gustatory alchemy that is naturally wholesome and very, very moreish!
