Produced from the finest English lamb, naturally reared with the highest regard to diet and welfare. Cut from the prime part of the loin, our butchers trim this to avoid any waste and to maximise the visual appeal. The fat plays a crucial role in keeping it moist and succulent when cooked (we recommend browning it quickly in a pan, then roast until still just pink in the middle), and also in carrying the wonderful flavour.

Oven Cook: From Chilled/Ambient. Preheat oven. Remove all packaging. Place in a roasting tin in the centre of the oven. Ensure the surface of the meat is thoroughly cooked. Leave to rest in a warm place for 10-15 minutes before carving. (Time 30 minutes each 500g Oven: 180°C, Fan: 160°C, Gas Mk 4)

Keep refrigerated between 0-5°C. Once opened use within 24 hours. Suitable for freezing, freeze on day of reciept, use within 1 month.
