Although the more canny have realised that this ancient forbear of the modern sausage is the perfect comfort food for any meal, both sustaining and wonderfully tasty.

Ours is made to a traditional recipe and is filled into a natural casing. We suggest allowing 100g per person as a starter, or 200-250g as a filling main course.

Hob: Remove from outer packaging, place product in hot water and simmer for 45 minutes. Do not boil. Oven: Remove from packaging, wrap in the foil and place in tin foil and place in a preheated oven for 45 minutes at 180°C or Gas mark 4.

Stores below 5oC. Suitable for freezing.
