A traditional haggis perfect as gifts or store-cupboard standbys.

Hob: Remove from can. Place in a pan of hot water and simmer for 35 mins. Do not boil. To Microwave (800W): Remove from can and remove skin. Break up the haggis and place in a microwaveable dish. Cover and heat to approx. 4 mins, stirring occasionally. To Oven cook: Remove from can. Wrap haggis in foil and heat in oven for 30 mins at 180°C (fan) gas mark 4. Caution -heating may cause pressure to build up beneath the skin. Care must be taken when piercing skin of haggis. It is advisable to cover with a clean cloth when piercing the skin. Synthetic skin is not edible.

Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, store in refrigerator and use within 24 hours.
