This results in a stunning roasting joint that is a fabulous combination of succulent sweetness and delicate saltiness.

Cooking guide: Remove from fridge 30mins before cooking, pre heat oven to 180°C. Remove packaging and place in a roasting tin include all the juices. Cover the tin with foil and cook for 2 hours. Halfway through baste the joint with the juices. Remove the foil 20 minutes before the end of the cooking time.

Keep refrigerated between 0-5°C. Once open consume within 24 hours. Suitable for freezing.
