Our new, exceptionally good value British gammon selection is a wonderful way of feeding your family and friends with five top quality Wiltshire cured gammons in various sized joints.

All freeze beautifully for up to four months.

The selection comprises a large premium “horseshoe” joint (min 2.5kg), another good sized “middle” gammon joint (min 2kg), a medium “corner” joint (min 1kg) and two smaller “slipper” joints (min 500g).

All the joints are boneless making them easy to carve and they do not require soaking. Just boil or roast.

Also available as a smoked selection.

Oven: Allow 20 minutes per 500g plus an added 30 minutes. Pre heat the oven to 180°C (160°C fan), gas mark 4 and place thw gammon joint in a roasting tray. Cover the foil and roast the joint for the above cooking time. For the added 30 minutes remove the foil and bake openly for the last 30 minutes. Boil: Allow 20 minutes per 450g plus an added 20 minutes. Place the gammon joint in a large pan and cover with cold water. addbay leaves, chopped carrot, celery and onion for added flavour. Bring tothe boil and simmer for the calculated cooking time. Alternatively boil in this way for half the cooking time then transfer to a pre-heated oven at gas mark 4 or 180°C for the remainder of the time. If you prefer to glaze your gammon then score the fat and brush on the glaze generously. Roast for no more than 10 minutes (or until golden) in a pre-heated oven gas mark 4/ 180°C.

Keep refrigerated between 0-5°C. Suitable for freezing.
