Rich and tender free-range duck legs are cooked slowly and gently in the oven and then preserved in their own juices to encapsulate all the delicious flavour.

Reheat them in a pan until the skin is crisp and golden and serve them with flageolet beans, but they are equally delicious served with a nice garlicky mash or a green salad.

Pan fry: Remove packaging and fry skin down on a low heat for 12 - 15mins for a crispy skin and nutty brown colour. or Oven cook: preheat oven to 200°C cover with foil and roast skin side up for 15-20 mins.

Keep refrigerated between 0-5°C. Once open consume within 4 days. Suitable for freezing.
