This selection comprises:
• Sliced Oak Smoked Salmon (200g)

Golden toasted oatcakes made in Scotland to a traditional recipe, using locally milled oats.
• Fillet Steak (2 x 6oz)
This superlative steak is exclusively sourced from carefully selected British farms, and slowly matured to ensure that the flavour and texture are second to none.
• Béarnaise sauce (250g)
Delicious and indulgent, made with free range eggs & extra virgin cold pressed rapeseed oil this sauce is perfect with steak.
• Panna Cotta (2 x 100g)
Made using organic double cream, sugar and vanilla with a little gelatine which results in a loose set. Just turn out of their pots to make a wonderful dinner party cheat served with berries on the side or for just treating yourself. Sheer creamy heaven.
• Rosé Frizzante (75cl)
A charming Rosé full of soft raspberry fruit. It is light and refreshing, initially sweet then perfectly balanced with refreshing acidity.
