by curing and gently smoking the very best part of the loin. Sold as a piece it is delicious sliced thinly and served cold; or re-heated, sliced thickly (like a steak) with a pile of mash, cabbage, greens or sauerkraut. Delicious if glazed using our glazes too.

Keep refrigerated between 0-5°C. Suitable for freezing. Once open consume within 3 days
