It can be either cooked or eaten on its own, but sliced more thickly than you would a fully cured chorizo.

Made using meat from the shoulder, belly and jaw combined with hot smoked paprika and dried for two weeks.

Keep on a cool dry place. Once opened keep refrigerated and consume within 7 days.
