One of the five classic French sauces our Béarnaise Sauce is thick and creamy with a rich buttery flavour. Made with free range eggs, extra virgin rapeseed oil, shallots, Dijon mustard and tarragon it goes wonderfully well with all our red meats, chicken and asparagus. [more...]

Also great with grilled meaty fish such as turbot and salmon.

It can be served warm (not hot) or cold. If serving warm, for best results decant from jar into a heatproof container and microwave. Or heat gently in a Bain Marie whilst stirring continuously until warm.

Store at ambient temperature. Once opened store at <4°C and consume within 4 weeks.
