Firm when young, softening as it ages and with a smooth lactic flavour and delightful lemony tang. Great sliced and grilled or in salads.

Not suitable for vegetarians.

Keep refrigerated below 5oC. Once open eat within 3 days.

I have had this cheese on regular occasions as I am able to find it in an upmarket farm shop. I return to it time and again. This goat's cheese is to die for and is a match for any similar French fromage de chèvre.
