A crumbly sort of taste, quite nice, but nothing special about it, as far as I'm concerned.

Top quality Comte - Raymond Blanc would approve - both being from the Jura and it being his favourite cheese , I believe .

Nice enough, but I do not see what the French make such a fuss about with this cheese.

With complex flavour, an excellent well-matured comté. Nutty and not overly smooth. Very interesting on the taste-buds and a cheese-lover's must-have, whether for the board or in a fondue/gratin.

beautiful cheese - this is one used by James Martin quite a lot - he cooks with it - such different taste to the usual run or things.
