Our Black Pudding is made the old-fashioned way -with fresh rather than dried blood - for a really special flavour!
There seems to be two schools of thought about who makes the best black pudding, the Midlands or the North. Well, as a Midlands family, for us there's no contest!

You will receive one black pudding ring.

Remove all packaging. To fry: slice into discs approximately 1cm thick, heat a small amount of oil in a frying pan, when the oil is hot add the black pudding slices. Allow to cook for 6 - 8 minutes.

Keep refrigerated between 0-5°C. Once open consume within 2 days. Suitable for freezing.
