It is matured for six months resulting in a texture that is slightly flaky, comparable to Manchego or Pecorino, and as it hardens Parmesan.

Perfect with a glass of wine, it also makes a great substitute for Parmesan in pasta and risotto dishes.

Suitable for vegetarians.

Keep refrigerated between 2-4° C.
