This superlative steak is exclusively sourced from carefully selected West Country British farms, and slowly matured to ensure that the flavour and texture are second to none. Because of the higher fat content in these ribeye steaks, we recommend cooking them to medium-rare to allow the fat to melt.

Available for Wednesday, Thursday, Friday & Saturday deliveries only.

Leave steak at room temperature for 20 minutes before cooking. To Shallow Fry: Add a little oil to a pan and heat on a high setting. Season the steak with sea salt and freshly ground black pepper and sear on both sides for 1 minute. Lower heat to a medium to high heat and continue to cook for the following times, turning occasionally: Rare 4 - 7 minutes; Medium: 7 - 9 minutes; Well done: 9-11 minutes. To Grill: Preheat grill to a high heat. Season the steak with sea salt and freshly ground black pepper and place under the grill for the following tmes, turning occasionally during cooking: Rare: 5 - 8 minutes; Medium: 8 -10 minutes; Well done: 10 - 13 minutes. Once cooked cover the steak, keep warm and allow to rest for 2 mins.

Keep refrigerated below 5°C. Suitable for freezing, freeze on day of purchase. Once defrosted consume within 24hrs.
