All our beef is grass-fed and produced from traditional breeds, sourced directly from farms across the English countryside.Every piece is carefully selected to exacting quality standards and expertly prepared to ensure that every joint has perfect fat coverage and beautiful marbling; it is then matured to perfection to guarantee tenderness and a rich and intense flavour.Choose from three available sizes:5 Rib Joint (serves 16, min 6.5kg)3 Rib Joint (serves 10-12, min. 4kg)2 Rib Joint (serves 6-8, min. 2.5kg)Available from 7th December.
Remove the Beef from the fridge 2 hours before cooking. Pre-heat the oven to gas mark 7, 220°C. Gently rub the Rib of Beef with salt and pepper to season, place in a roasting tray. Cook for 30 mins; reduce to gas mark 4, 180°C and cook for a further 15 mins per 450g - for rare beef; 15 mins medium rare and 30 mins for well done. Remove from the oven and transfer to a plate or board and allow it to stand in a warm place for 30 mins, loosely covered with foil before carving.
Keep refrigerated below 5oC
