Allow Chateaubriand to come to room temperature before cooking. Preheat oven to 230°C / 210°C fan / Gas 8. Add a little oil to a frying pan and brown chateaubriand on all sides for 5 minutes. Season with sea salt and freshly ground black pepper and cook for the following times: Rare 6-8 minutes; Medium Rare: 10-12 minutes; Medium: 14-16 minutes; Well Done: 18-20 minutes. Once cooked cover and allow to rest in a warm place for 10 mins.

Keep refrigerated below 5°C. Suitable for freezing, freeze on day of purchase. Once defrosted use within 24hrs.
