We have created the perfect burger. We carefully select the best cuts of prime West Country beef, mince it twice, lightly season and press it by hand into more-or-less round patties. Naturally this is an all-meat burger, absolutely no filler or breadcrumbs.

Whether you prefer to barbecue, grill or fry them, Sarah says you won't find a better burger anywhere and I think she might just be right.

Cooking Guidelines : Brush each burger with a little oil and place over a high heat. Do not turn the burger until it has naturally released after around 4 minutes from the pan or grill, (too much handling of the meat can make it dry and split). Flip the burger and cook on the other side until when pressed with a spatula the juices are running light pink or clear in colour, this should be around 3 minutes.

Keep refrigerated between 0-5°C.Once opened consume within 24 hours. Suitable for freezing
