Once a familiar sight, the wonderful “bacon chop” has been given a new lease of life. We use top-quality British boneless and rindless pork backs, dry-cure them to our own traditional recipe and then slice them into medium-thick rindless slices.

Grill or fry them for an instant retro classic! Fantastic value and great eating has made this one of our bestsellers.

Preheat grill. Remove all packaging. Place under a medium grill for 5-6 minutes, turn over halfway through cooking. Pan Fry. Time: 4 -5minutes. Remove all packaging. Heat 1/2 tbsp oil in frying pan. Add bacon and turn halfway through cooking.

Keep refrigerated between 0-5°C. Once open consume within 3 days. Suitable for freezing.

British Pork, Salt, Demerara Sugar, Muscavado Sugar; Preservatives: Potassium Nitrate, Sodium Nitrite; Antioxidant: Sodium Ascorbate.
