If real, old-fashioned bacon is what you are seeking, then look no further. Our delicious Dukeshill Bacon is dry cured by hand using salt combined with brown sugar, then smoked in traditional kilns. Delicious!

Remove all packaging. Bacon must be thoroughly cooked before being eaten. To Grill: Preheat grill to medium. Grill for 5-6 minutes, turn over halfway through cooking. To Shallow fry: Add small quantity of oil to the frying pan and preheat . Fry for 4-5 minutes. Turn over halfway through cooking.

Keep refrigerated between 0-5°C. Once open consume within 3 days. Suitable for freezing.
