Traditionally dry cured by hand using the finest salt combined with brown sugar, the flitches of bacon are then slowly kiln smoked - delicious!

Remove all packaging. Bacon must be thoroughly cooked before being eaten. To Grill: Preheat grill to medium. Grill for 5-6 minutes, turn over halfway through cooking. To Shallow fry: Add small quantity of oil to the frying pan and preheat . Fry for 4-5 minutes. Turn over halfway through cooking.

Keep refrigerated between 0-5°C. Once open consume within 3 days. Suitable for freezing.
