Supplied in a piece so that you can dice it or cut into lardons.

It is ideal for stews, pasta, soups and salads or pizza topping. Totally unlike inferior versions readily available.

Cut into lardons or cubes and fry for about 5 minutes stirring frequently. Or slice as thinly as possible and fry until as crispy as required. Add to pasta sauces, soups, stews, quiches, stuffing; serve with crusty bread and a selection of cold meats; use to top pizza.

Keep refrigerated between 0-5°C. Once open consume within 3 days. Suitable for freezing.
