Diced or sliced, it is ideal for stews, pasta, soups and salads or pizza topping. Totally unlike inferior versions readily available.

We use only the finest pork bellies and a really fantastic traditional cure, with sea salt, sugar and lots of herbs to make sure this pancetta is every bit as good as the very best Italian versions. Dry cured slowly to develop a wonderful flavour with no cook out.

The Pancetta comes as a block.

Cut into lardons or cubes and fry for about 5 minutes stirring frequently. Or slice as thinly as possible and fry until as crispy as required. Add to pasta sauces, soups, stews, quiches, stuffing; serve with crusty bread and a selection of cold meats; use to top pizza.

Keep refrigerated between 0-5°C. Once open consume within 3 days. Suitable for freezing.
