My grandfather was a pastry chef who instilled in me a love of cooking from a very early age. After studying food science at Leeds university I worked in various guises: as a production trainee in a pig abattoir in North Yorkshire, as a development technologist producing a variety of meat products for Sainsbury’s and as a development chef for the food service industry. I love food, love our products and have over the years built up a library of tried and tested recipes using our Dukeshill products which I’d love to share with you. We have quite a few customers who ask for help with how to cook and use some of the more obscure products in our range. Enjoy!
