Ingredients
  • x6 lemon & poppyseed pancakes
  • 6 tbsp Borage honey
  • 300g blueberries
  • 50g sunflower seeds
  • 300g full fat yoghurt
Directions
  • Step 1Toast or microwave pancakes until warmed through.
  • Step 2 Combine blueberries and yoghurt in a bowl.
  • Step 3 Spoon yoghurt mixture on top of pancakes and add a generous drizzle of honey and sprinkling of seeds to serve.
