Fresh Sausages

These sausages are made here at Dukeshill. Each link is produced by hand by our skilled sausage-maker. Our sausages are made using pork from outdoor-reared British pigs and natural casings. They contain no artificial flavours, colourings or MSG, only natural spices and seasoning. In fact they are as natural as can be! Neither too coarse or too fine a texture this is traditional British sausage at its very best.

We only use British pigs to produce our Pork Sausages.

We use only the finest British Pork in our sausages and we want you to enjoy them at their very best so, from now on, we will send you only fresh - not frozen - sausages. We produce fresh sausages mid-week so they are fresh for the weekend and will make sure that you have at least 5 days in which to eat your sausages after they arrive. Or, as they will not have previously been frozen, you can pop them in your freezer when they arrive.

Your sausages will arrive carefully packed in an insulated container together with ice packs to keep them cool.

Sorry, we can only send our fresh sausages to addresses where next-day delivery is possible.This includes most of mainland UK but does not include Scottish Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man and Scilly Isles.

Please note: We despatch sausages mid-week so they are fresh for the weekend. Please expect to receive your sausages on Thursday or Friday. As a rule, we are unable to despatch sausages on Mondays or Tuesdays.
