This year we have a wonderful array of 'fishy' products ranging from genuine Provencal terrines and soup to delicious Gravadlax made to an original Scandinavian recipe.
Our salmon is produced using prime, superior salmon from selected sea farms in the waters around Shetland. Traditionally kiln smoked this is smoked salmon bursting with flavour. We are so impressed with this small traditional smokehouse and the outstanding quality of their salmon. Try it and see for yourself.
